CDAC is referring to as the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing which is the premier R&D organization departments such as the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Electronics, and associated areas. In CDAC, candidates have to pass the C-CAT exam which is an entrance exam.


This exam is divided into three sections- Section A, Section A+B, and Section A+B+C. The ranking is provided to candidates based on these sections. To obtain ranking, Candidates have to perform more than 10% in each section.


Even after getting 10% performance in two sections and zero or less than zero marks in any section, then such candidates are also not qualified for ranking.
